The next set in the Scarlet & Violet era is fast approaching! Scarlet & Violet: Temporal Forces is the 5th full set release for the 9th Generation in the Pokémon TCG. Worldwide release is set for March 22nd, but at Owl Central Games you’ll get to experience a special early release day of Monday, March 18th! Temporal Forces has a ton of flashy arts and game winning cards for both collectors and players alike. Temporal Forces also reintroduces us to a mechanic from Pokémon’s past, ACE SPEC cards!
ACE SPEC cards were first introduced back during the Black and White era and give your deck a powerful, strategy defining card. That’s because ACE SPEC cards are limited to only 1 card per deck. Beyond just their return, these ACE SPEC cards will feature a brand new magenta design that you know to expect from Modern Pokémon cards.
Temporal Forces also continues to introduce Pokémon from the Scarlet and Violet video games into the Pokémon TCG for the first time. Walking Wake and Iron Leaves serve as two mascots that you’ll find on Elite Trainer Boxes, as well as inside packs too! They serve as the headlining names amongst many new Ancient, Future, and Tera ex Pokémon.
