Lorcana’s Second Chapter is about to begin, with new collector’s rarities, huge reprints, and the introduction of set rotation.
Fabled is Disney Lorcana’s ninth booster set and will herald a new era for the mainstay TCG. Previously, each release brought 204 exciting new cards for players and collectors alike to chase down and smash together at their local gaming stores. Instead, Fabled looks to refresh Disney Lorcana with a set rotation, focusing heavily on reprinted cards to return important building blocks from the first few sets to the game.
The combination of a reprint-heavy set and a slow burn start to reveal season create a product with little room for new franchises or characters to appear, but they did fit in an absolute classic franchise – A Goofy Movie! Box art of the Ruby Emerald Single-Player Deck revealed both Powerline and Max Goof, with their respective cards slapped on the side of the box.
