Now, you can avoid the hassle of handling the logistics and shipping process of having your cards graded AND save money in the process.

How to Submit Cards for Grading

  1. Please thoroughly read through all of the information below, including the levels of grading services that we have to offer.
  2. Accurately fill out and submit the form below. (Issues resulting from incorrect information on the form may result in difference in cost and may create a balance to be paid during pickup.)
  3. Prepare cards by placing them in penny sleeves and semi-rigid protectors.
  4. Bring the cards into Owl Central Games! Be prepared for a storefront member to check-in your grading services request and take payment upfront for the services.
  5. Relax! We handle all the rest and you will receive notice when the cards have been returned and are ready to pick-up.

This form is for submissions to CGC. All cards must be in semi-rigids and penny sleeves. We can provide those for an additional cost if need be. All submissions will be shipped to CGC every Friday.

A flat fee of $5 for shipping and handling will be accessed once per total submission. If card value exceeds $99,999, an additional cost of 0.75% of card value will be added to cost.

Owl Central Games is not responsible for grading and all grading decisions are entirely those of CGC. Additionally, Owl Central Games is not liable for cards lost or damaged in transit to and from CGC. CGC may provide additional shipping, tracking, and insurance information. By selecting the box and submitting this form, you agree that all information is accurate. You understand that incorrect information such as declared values can cause delays and possibly additional fees from CGC. These additional fees may result in outstanding balances that would be required before cards can be returned. This service is offered by Owl Central Games in person at its Game Center in Millersville, PA. DO NOT SHIP US CARDS YOU WANT TO BE GRADED. All cards must be in semi rigids and penny sleeves, or there will be an additional charge in order to provide those to you.
