Duskmourn is the next big release for Magic: the Gathering, and just in time for Halloween! Duskmourn: House of Horror is a set based on the Modern Horror tropes of haunted houses, slasher films, and everything that classic horror movie fans know and love about the movies of the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
We’ve already seen a ton of spoilers already for this set. Here’s a handful of what has stood out amongst the many haunts and horrors that we get to start playing with on Prerelease Weekend (September 20th).
This set comes with a variety of different art styles, reflecting the wide range of styles that iconic horror directors and franchises are known for. With the many different frames and art styles that Magic has adopted over the years, it’s easy to see the two worlds collide in new and interesting ways! Duskmourn is an excited combination of styles of Magic and pop culture!
