Join us as Owl Central hosts beloved Magic: The Gathering format Modern, but with a twist! No Banlist Modern is as you would expect it to be, it’s Modern, but there are no banned cards!
No Banlist Modern has been highly requested from our Modern community, and has been seeing lots of play over on Magic Online. Players get to play with cool and broken cards such as Once Upon a Time, Chrome Mox, and Ponder!
This tournament will feature four rounds of Swiss (three rounds if attendance is 8 or fewer). Each round will be best of three with a 50 minute time limit.
Decklists are NOT required for this event. However, if you would like to share your decklist, we would love to share it!
Prizing:
All prizing will be based on wins at the end of all Swiss rounds:
- 4 Wins: $80 in store credit + WPN Foil Promo Pack (while supplies last)
- 3 Wins: $40 in store credit
- 2 Wins: $20 in store credit
- 1 of Fewer Wins: 2 WPN promo packs (while supplies last)
If attendance is 8 or fewer, prizing will be modified to be as follows:
(3 Wins: $60 in store credit, 2 Wins: $30 in store credit, 1 or Fewer Wins: 2 WPN promo packs)
